The PC version of Alan Wake is just around the corner, and Remedy has now detailed the special goodies that’ll be going into the retail collector’s edition of the game. If you don’t fancy springing for the collector’s edition, you can still opt to pick up the standard retail release which has one or two bonuses of its own.
Standard retail versions (pictured below) come with the main game (plus both The Signal and The Writer DLC packs), a 13 track soundtrack CD, six postcards with scenes from the game, a double sided poster and seven Alan Wake stickers.
The collector’s edition (pictured below) will include all of the above, plus a full commentary on the game by Remedy and a third disc featuring ‘making of’ documentaries, the history of Remedy and some Old Gods of Asgard music videos. It’ll also include ‘The Alan Wake Files’, a 144 page book about Bright Falls (the game’s main location) written by fictional author Clay Steward.
Standard retail editions will cost £30, while the collector’s package will be £35. Both editions will be released on 2 March for the PC. Digital editions of the game will be available from 16 February.
