Some great news for players of Heroes of Newerth, all Heroes are being unlocked for all players, there is now no fee to get your hands on heroes that were previously purchased for coins.

Players will now be on a level playing field and this major change has been made to help the development team “revitalise” the game modes. The change will take place from tomorrow when patch 2.6.11 goes live.
Pricing in the HoN store is also being restructured and all players who purchased a hero for gold coins will be given an exclusive Mecha Gemini Alt Avatar for free.
