There are a total of seven four-cost Champions in Teamfight Tactics Set 7.

 

  • Corki:
    • Revel / Cannoneer
    • Missile Barrage (0/70): Corki launches a barrage of missiles towards his target, striking the first enemy hit for physical damage (50% Attack Damage). The final missile is The Big One, and also deals 50% of his Attack Damage plus additional physical damage in an area.
      • Big One Damage: 500% / 600% / 800% of Attack Damage
  • Hecarim:
    • Ragewing/ Cavalier
    • Onslaught of Shadows (75/120): Hecarim summons spectral riders that charge through his target, dealing magic damage and stunning enemies hit.
      • Damage: 100 / 200 / 1600
      • Stun Duration: 2.5s / 2.5s / 8s
  • Neeko:
    • Jade / Shapeshifter
    • Inherent Glamour: Each Combat: Neeko disguises herself as the nearest allied Champion, adding their bonus Attack Damage, Attack Speed, and Ability Power to her own and copying all other stats except Health. She then gains a shield plus a percentage of her ally’s Health. When the shield breaks she transforms into Neeko Form and casts Pop Blossom, dealing magic damage to nearby enemies and stunning them. Neeko then casts Pop Blossom every 100 Mana.
      • Shield: 275 / 400 / 1200
      • Shield Health Ratio: 10% / 20% / 50%
      • Damage: 200 / 300 / 400
  • Ornn:
    • Tempest / Bruiser / Legend
    • Lightning Charge (80/160): Ornn summons an elemental that charges towards Ornn through the farthest enemy, dealing magic damage to enemies hit and slowing their Attack Speed by 50% for two seconds. When the elemental reaches Ornn he redirects it towards another distant enemy, dealing magic damage to enemies hit and stunning them.
      • Damage: 350 / 550 / 900
  • Sona:
    • Revel / Evoker
    • Crescendo (80/160): Sona plays her ultimate chord, dealing magic damage to enemies in a line in front of her and stunning them.
      • Damage: 350 / 500 / 1300
      • Stun Duration: 2s / 3s / 5s
  • Talon:
    • Guild / Assassin
    • Truestrike (60/120): Talon stealths for 1.5 seconds and flings out a ring of blades, dealing physical damage (480% Attack Damage) to enemies hit. He then leaps to an enemy and recalls the blades, dealing that damage again and dealing physical damage (% Attack Damage) to his target.
      • Blade Recall Damage: 120 / 240 / 1200
  • Xayah:
    • Ragewing / Swiftshot
    • Feathers FLY! (0/90): For 4 seconds Xayah’s attacks also fire a feather for physical damage (15% Attack Damage), and extra feathers at enemies near her target. Feathers are left behind her targets. At the end of this duration Xayah recalls her feathers. Each one deals physical damage (+35% Attack Damage) to enemies hit.

      • Feather Recall Damage: 10 / 15 / 30 per Feather
