New toys to play with.

The Lost Isles map adds a ton of content to LEGO Fortnite, including new mobs and items. The most exciting of those are the new themed weapons. If you want to try them out for yourself, here’s how to get all weapons in LEGO Fortnite Lost Isles.

How to get every Lost Isles weapon in LEGO Fortnite

There are six new weapons in the Lost Isles map, and you can grab three from each of the two factions. Pirates are hostile, so you can defeat them for items, but it’s far easier to make them yourself. Keep in mind that you can’t attack wandering groups from Peely’s Tribe, but you can still grab their gear if the worst happens.

Here are all the new items up for grabs:

If you want to make your own Lost Isles weapons, you will need a recipe to add them to your build list. Fortunately, you only need to collect the new Mahogany wood from trees in the Lost Isles map. This will unlock most crafting recipes, with a couple of exceptions.

The Knockback Shield requires a Brute Scale from a Brute kill, and the Boom Shield requires Dynamite.

There are a few trees you cannot chop down in the Lost Isles, but if you’re looking for Mahogany, look for trees like the one in the image above. You can craft every new weapon with a regular Crafting Bench.

The Shields are unique, as you can only find them in a single rarity. You can craft the weapons in four rarities, and I’ve listed every recipe in the table below.

All the new equipment is fun to use, and the Pirate Musket and Throwing Spears are great additions to the growing arsenal of ranged weapons.

Ranged equipment is especially handy in Expert mode, as you have time to retreat if combat goes south.

You may have missed the Vehicle update if you’ve had some time away from LEGO Fortnite. The addition of cars and engines makes traversing the map far more enjoyable, and you don’t need to be a master engineer to make something road-worthy.
