Amanita announces Botanicula & Samorost 3

Indie adventure game developer Amanita Design (fronted by Jakub Dvorsky) has announced a new title called Botanicula and revealed that there will be a Samorost 3.
According to PC Gamer, Botanicula will be “a point-and-click adventure about five tree critters on a quest to save their home’s last seed from a pack of evil parasites.” Dvorsky says it’ll be quite large and it should be released around the end of this year. Judging by the images released so far (which you can see below,) it’ll also be pleasantly strange.
In addition, Dvorsky has confirmed that Samorost 3 is in the early stages of development and will be released on PC and unspecified consoles, as well as various tablet-like devices.
But that’s not all, because there’s also news of Amanita’s charming point-and-click robotfest Machinarium. It will be coming to PlayStation Network “later this year.”
