A listing as appeared on Amazon’s German website which advertises a Complete Edition of Arkham Origins which will include the game and all the DLC that been released for it.

Since its predecessors, Arkham Asylum and Arkham City both got a Game of the Year edition, it’s not such a shocker that Arkham Origins has followed suit. The Complete Edition has not been announced by Warner Bros yet but this listing seems pretty legit and includes the release date of August 21st, though that may differ in North America.
