Each Trade Post in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Wrath of the Druids provides certain resources that can be used for Overseas Trading.

Getting supplies

Think of Trade Post supplies as somewhat similar to the ones that you can get in England as you’re building your settlement. The difference is that these supplies can be found in Ireland since the country has the Trade Posts system.

Here are the sources:

  • Raiding/barrel icons – The barrel icons that you see on the world map provide supplies. While raiding abbeys or villages, you can call on a Jomsviking to help you open a chest.
  • Overseas Trading – Upon sending over the requirements, you’ll receive some supplies.
  • Royal Demands – The sidequests that you obtain from pigeon coops in different regions in Ireland can sometimes provide you with the necessary supplies.

Upgrading Trade Post structures

Trade Posts have the following structures that can be upgraded using supplies:

  • Workman’s Cottage (220 supplies) – Increases the production of specific goods from that Trade Post. From one resource per minute, it’ll be two per minute.
  • Storehouse (110 supplies) – This increases the storage capacity for that specific resource in your personal chest in Dublin.
  • Supply Depot (70 supplies) – You can pick up arrows and rations in the Trade Post.
  • Raider Tent (140 supplies) – To be clear, not all Trade Posts will have this structure available. If you upgrade this one, it’ll provide a bonus to the rewards that you earn when completing Royal Demands in that particular region.

Earning resources

As mentioned earlier, each Trade Post provides a unique resource (i.e., clothing, texts, delicacies, and jewelry). Here’s a list:

  • Rathdown (N Dublin) – Clothing
  • Lisdurrow (S Meath) – Texts
  • Drumlish (NW Meath) – Clothing; has a Raider Tent
  • Athlone (SE Connacht) – Delicacies; has a Raider Tent
  • Port Auley (N Connacht) – Jewelry
  • Dysert (NW Ulster) – Texts; has a Raider Tent
  • Ardmel (NE Ulster) – Delicacies

Clothing and texts are fairly easy to find in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Wrath of the Druids. Meanwhile, jewelry seems fairly rare as only Port Auley passively generates that. Moreover, don’t forget that Royal Demands also grant resources.

Anyway, let’s head to the next section of our Trade Posts guide to talk about Overseas Trading with Azar and your personal chest in Dublin.
