The same article notes that people with Origin Access accounts (an annual $30) will be able to play FIFA 18 early. Like other ‘Play First Trials’ from EA, this is likely to be limited to a 10 hour period ahead of the game’s official 29 September release date. Both single and multiplayer modes will be available.

Other games that will be added to Origin Access within the next three months include The Sims 4 (Deluxe), Oxenfree and Rebel Galaxy.
