Fans found out that Battlefield Hardline’s DRM invades your privacy, by monitoring your PC hardware.

If you change your PC hardware five times, the game will lock on you for 24 hours. While it seems that this has been set up to avoid potential hacks into the game, obviously this overreaches on what DRM is supposed to do.
