Bioware Addressing Mass Effect Pinnacle Station Problems

Bioware is working on a fix for users whom cannot play the NEW Pinnacle Station DLC for Mass Effect. Xbox 360 users who own the Platinum Edition of the game are reporting that Pinnacle Station is conflicting with the included Bring Down the Sky content, meaning they are unable to play the new expansion.PC users who purchased the update through EA download manager are also experiencing trouble, with the expansion unable to recognise the CD key.Bioware QA man Jack Lamden responded to the PC issue, stating that a replacement installer will go up on the EA Store at some point today.“The PRC installer that works with the steam version of the game should replace what’s currently on the EA store tomorrow sometime,” he said.“You would just need to redownload the PRC and attempt to install again.”He also revealed that the Xbox 360 problem is also being addressed.“This post is going to be short and sweet since I don’t have much information at this point,” he said.

I don’t have an ETA for a fix as of yet.”
