Last year, Blizzard developers thrilled fans when they announced that they would be looking at adding extra skins for Druids. Players had complained that the Druid’s Bear and Cat forms had looked the same since the game launched in 2004. They argued that the graphics were outdated and that there was no way to customise the look of their character while in these forms.

While speaking at a the Worldwide Invitational last year, Blizzard developers mentioned that Druid skins were being looked at, and a new Dire Cat form was mentioned, but since then there hasn’t been much news, so today’s revelation has come as a pleasant surprise to many WoW players.

There are two races that can play Druids in WoW; Taurens and Night Elves. Each race will receive new models for the Bear and Cat form. Blizzard showed fans the Tauren Bear form today, seen below, and will release images of the Night Elf Bear later this week.See the article on Worldofwar.net for more info.
