Sneaking in just before the ‘Summer of Arcade’ launches, Boulder Dash-XL will bring the ‘reinvented’ classic to Xbox LIVE Arcade on 13 July.
The game is also due for the PC, but that version is said to be coming “later this summer”.
On XBLA, Boulder Dash-XL will set you back 800 MS Points ($10 USD). This new version of the 1980s title will retain the game’s central idea – grabbing shiny treasures, avoiding rocks and monsters, all against the clock – and adds extra modes of play.
