Season Two of Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific is full of new content. This includes new areas to explore in Caldera, new operators, and more. As always, a new season means that there are some new weapons to use in the battle royale. Already, players have been levelling up the new KG M40 assault rifle. Once you reach Tier 31 of the battle pass, you unlock the new Whitley light machine gun. With the best attachments, you can build a Whitley class that is viable in Warzone Pacific.
Currently, the Whitley is not exactly at the top of the list when it comes to the Warzone Pacific meta. Weapons such as the STG 44 and the Bren are still sat in that top spot. The biggest downside of the Whitley is that it does have a hefty amount of recoil that you have to deal with. As a result, this class focuses on reducing the recoil to make the gun as accurate as possible.

Let’s begin by breaking down the class. The first attachment is the MX Silencer, and this muzzle provides you with sound suppression to keep your shots hidden from the mini-map and enemy detection. At the same time, you will experience a boost to your horizontal and vertical recoil control. When selecting a barrel, the 28” Gracey Mk. 9 barrel adds multiple benefits to your light machine gun. Apart from improved recoil control and accuracy, the flinch resistance and bullet velocity is also increased. Also, there will be less scope sway and gun bob when aiming down sight.
Another key attachment to make the weapon more accurate is the CGC R4 stock. This attachment continues to maximize the accuracy, as well as the recoil control and recovery while increasing your movement speed. The M1941 Hand Stop continues to bump up the recoil control which is helped by the Polymer Grip and Hardscope perk.

In terms of a magazine, the detriments of each option are quite significant. Therefore, this build does not use one, but the .30-06 45 Round Mags could be useful for a faster reload speed. Equipping the Lengthened ammunition type increases the bullet velocity which sees you pack a punch at long range. Then, the Fully Loaded Perk ensures that you have the maximum starting ammunition while you are on the battlefield. And for an LMG, having as many bullets on you that you can carry is always a boon. Last but not least, the G16 2.5x optic is a strong choice for taking out enemies with even more accuracy.
A Whitley class is best suited to long-range engagements in Warzone Pacific. To achieve a versatile loadout, you should pair it with a weapon that you can get up close and personal with. A submachine gun, pistol, or a shotgun are all options depending on your play style.
