The highly anticipated launch of Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific has introduced the new Caldera map. So far, the MP40 has proven to be a popular choice in Caldera, partly due to how strong it is in Vanguard‘s multiplayer. And with the best attachments, you can build an MP40 class that packs a punch in Warzone Pacific.
If you have purchased the Battle Pass, you will unlock the Space Issue MP40 blueprint at tier 45. Once you select it, you will notice that the blueprint has the Vital perk already equipped. It is likely that this is a glitch, because you cannot use Vital on the base MP40 or on any other one of its blueprints. It wouldn’t be surprising if the glitch is patched in the near future. However, you can take advantage of it for now to build a deadly submachine gun class.

Let’s begin building the class. The Mercury Silencer is an attachment you need to use, as it provides you with sound suppression. Therefore, your shots will remain hidden from the mini map, while granting you an extra boost to your recoil control. Also, the Krausnick 317mm 04B is accurate and controllable. It will see you experience reduced scope sway and gun bob. Pairing this with the Carver Foregrip will increase your accuracy even further in terms of recoil control and hip fire accuracy.
Time to finish up. When you are selecting a magazine, the 9mm 64 Round Drums is a viable option in maximizing your ammunition, without any significant detriments. Equipping the Lengthened ammunition type will provide you with extra bullet velocity. Then, the Fully Loaded perk will ensure you have the maximum starting ammunition. For added mobility, the Fabric Grip will improve your aim down sight speed, sprint to fire speed, and hip fire accuracy. In addition, the Krausnick 33M Folding stock will better your sprint to fire speed and movement speed.
The game changing perk
If you have the Space Issue blueprint, Vital will be available. Using this will increase the torso damage which will make your submachine gun completely overpowered. If you do not have the blueprint unlocked, Momentum can be used instead to grant you faster movement speed after getting a kill. This will prove useful if you are fighting a squad, or if you need to quickly get to cover and apply armor plates. If you prefer to use an optic on your submachine gun, the Slate Reflector will allow you to take out opponents with precision.
This MP40 class will thrive in close-quarter combat in Warzone Pacific. To make your loadout as versatile as possible, you should pair it with a weapon that is ready to take on long-range battles. An assault rifle, sniper rifle, and light machine gun are all possibilities. In particular, the Automaton has proven that it can dominate in Caldera.
