An underrated weapon.

The launch of Call of Duty: Vanguard Season One introduced Warzone Pacific bringing in more weapons than ever to choose from. The Combat Shotgun has come roaring in, as has submachine guns like the Owen. If you are looking to switch up your secondary weapon, look no further. A Sten class has the potential to dominate in Warzone Pacific with the best attachments equipped.

You may have picked up the Sten in a previous match as it features in the floor loot this season, but this version does not show off its true capabilities. The weapon already wields a respectable amount of mobility, which is a desired quality for a submachine gun. This class will focus on transforming the weapon to be as accurate as possible, while quickening the fire rate.

  • Muzzle: Mercury Silencer
  • Barrel: SA 65mm Rapid
  • Stock: Hockenson S33S Padded
  • Rear Grip: Polymer Grip
  • Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop
  • Magazine: 9mm 50 Round Drums
  • Ammunition: Lengthened
  • Perk 1: Gung-Ho
  • Perk 2: Quick
  • Optic: Slate Reflector

Let’s begin by breaking down the class. The first attachment is the Mercury Silencer, which is important in providing you with sound suppression. This ensures your shots remain undetected from the mini-map. At the same time, you receive a boost to your recoil control. The SA 65mm Rapid barrel raises the fire rate of your Sten and make the gun stronger. Also, the Hockenson S33S Padded stock adds numerous benefits to your weapon: increased recoil control, recoil recovery, accuracy, and movement speed. Then, the M1941 Hand Stop further improves your recoil control and accuracy. Combining this with the Polymer Grip will see your accuracy maximized with improved flinch resistance, accuracy, and recoil during sustained fire.

Take enough ammunition on your flight to Caldera

In terms of a magazine, the 9mm 50 Round Drums is a viable option for a higher ammunition capacity without any significant detriments. Equipping the Lengthened ammo type provides you with more bullet velocity, which will see you pack a punch on the battlefield.

When you are selecting your Perks, Gung-Ho is a viable option as you will be able to fire while sprinting. Ultimately, this is a useful feature when you are getting up close and personal with enemy squads. In addition, selecting the Quick Perk in your second perk slot will contribute to your sprint speed.

Finally, you can complete your Warzone Pacific Sten class with the Slate Reflector optic. The sight allows you to take advantage of the improved accuracy to shred through Caldera and Rebirth Island. However, if you prefer to use the iron sight, this class will be just as powerful.

The Sten is best suited to close range combat. Therefore, pairing it with a gun that can take on long-range fights will make your loadout versatile. An assault rifle, light machine gun, or a sniper rifle are all options worth considering. Currently, the Bren is leading the way as the long-range meta gun.
