Capcom looking for big Res Evil 6 numbers, expects 7million

Capcom is expecting the highly anticipated survival horror romp Resident Evil 6 to ship 7 million copies. No pressure then.
To put that into perspective, as of June 2011, Resident Evil 5 sold (not shipped) 5.8 million units.
There’s an arguement that Capcom could be putting all of their eggs into one basket, especially when you consider their predictions for other upcoming releases. DmC: Devil May Cry is expected to ship 2 million, Dragon’s Dogma 1.5 million and Lost Planet 3 1.4 million.
Those numbers come from Capcom’s most report financial report.
Capcom believes that this years revenue will hit £621 million, £157 million more than last year.
