Grease Monkey Lets you craft epic/purple items 12
Ex Nihilo 20% chance to craft an item for free 12
Efficient Upgrades 10% chance to upgrade an item for free 12
Cost Optimization Reduces component costs for crafting (2 ranks) 14
Tune-Up Upgrade lower quality components into higher quality ones 16
Edgerunner Artisan Lets you craft legendary/yellow items 18

Crafting awards an extra perk point at levels 2, 5, 8, 10, 14, and 17. The other level-ups lower component costs and unlock new crafting blueprints.

Crafting ultimate perk (level 20): Crazy Science – +10% selling price of crafted items; +1% per perk level.
