Lightning Bolt +3% crit chance with tech weapons (3 ranks) 12
Tesla +15% charge multiplier (3 ranks) 12
Ubercharge +50% damage for fully-charged tech weapons 14

Engineering awards an extra perk point at levels 2, 6, 8, 10, 14, 17, and 18. Other level-ups confer various buffs like crit chance, charge time, thermal protection, and increased armor when using tech weapons.

Engineering ultimate perk (level 20): Revamp – +25% tech weapon damage; +10% charge damage from chargeable weapons and Cyberware implants.
