Pacifica and Southern Badlands Desert
As far as I know, there are no legendary armors in Pacifica. However, several can be found in Cyberpunk 2077‘s Southern Badlands Desert.
Here’s a map with their locations:
1. Tactical Hybrid-glass Corporate Glasses
From the Fuel Station fast travel point, drive south along the highway until you see a crashed drone next to a blue shipping container.
Inside, you’ll find the item.
2. Duolayer Microplate Mesh Nomad Jacket
Continue southwards until you come across a curious-looking shed in the middle of the desert.
There are steps that lead to the basement, but the door requires 13 Body attribute to force open.
The legendary armor is inside a crate.
3. Armored Media Ocuset with Camera
From the shed, drive northeast until you reach the V-shaped junction.
You’ll spot a couple of trailers here, one of which has the gear.
4. Media Baseball Cap with Reactive Layer
There’s the Regional Airport facility with a fast travel point. You should see a tower at the very center of the area.
Climb the tower to find a bag with the item.
5. Polycarbonate Nomad Shirt with Reinforced Seams
From the Regional Airport, drive along the nearby road going to the east. If you check the map, there are rock formations one on side of the road.
On the opposite side, you’ll see a ransacked van with a dead body. It’s got the equipment.

This one is found at the Biotech Compound west of where the above items are located. You can reach this by using the Fuel Station fast travel point or the one at the Protein Farm where you can purchase the Quadra Type-66 “Javelina” vehicle.
Since some areas are blocked off, follow the dirt path until you reach the junction with the green circle (seen above). Continue onwards and you should find a dead body with the legendary armor.
