1. Thermoactive Tear-resistant Techie Shirt

From the Sunset Motel fast travel point, follow the dirt road which leads to a mine.

There’s a shipping container here that has the legendary armor. The container also has a free Rayfield Caliburn vehicle.

Likewise, it’s possible that you’ve visited this location already while helping Panam with the “Ghost Town” mission.

2. Ultrathin Composite-print Solo Shirt

There’s a fast travel point called Old Turbines which, funnily enough, is surrounded by old wind turbines.

Most of the area has flat, desert land. But, you’ll spot a couple of rocks here surrounded by dead mercs. One of the corpses has the legendary armor.
