Well, this is a new one. We’ve all seen/played Japanese dating sims before, but a dating sim exclusively based on trying to court the fancies of disabled young ladies is something entirely fresh to me.
Katawa Shoujo (loosely translated as Disability Girls) focuses on the story of Hisao, a boy who has developed a heart condition and is sent away to school specialising in the education of disabled kids. 
While at school you meet and attempt to win the “friendship” of a number of ladies. As you can see from the early concept notes (below), these include the deaf and “big boobed” Shizune, the blind and “cliched” Lily, burn victim Hanako and the armless Rin (above).
