DC Universe Unmasks New Subscription Offer

The PlayStation US blog has outlined a forthcoming payment plan that will allow DC Universe Online players to adopt a rolling 3-month subscription for $30.00 USD.
This new rate will be available from 8 February and, as the blog post says, “You’ll even be able to keep that rate for as long as you are actively subscribed.” According to reports from players, a community news update in the DC Universe Online launcher has confirmed that the same offer will be open to PC users as well as PS3.
What isn’t clear is if this (or a similar) offer will extend outside of the US. At present, there’s no sign of it on the PlayStation EU blog.
The current price for a 3-month ‘Legend’ option subscription to the game is $42.00 USD.
