Destiny 2 Grasp of Avarice dungeon guide – Traps and Switches
This is the second part of our Destiny 2 Grasp of Avarice dungeon guide where we’ll discuss the traps and switches in the facility.
Room 1
In the first room, you’ll see a large, circular door with several markers pointing at it. There are also a couple of doors that are side by side:
- The rightmost door has a trap that will kill you.
- The leftmost door has a trap as well. But, you can avoid it by jumping over the floor panel. Activate the terminal here.
Room 2
This will open the circular door:
- There’s a switch across the gap, but this is a trap.
- The two ledges will collapse if you’re standing on them. However, if you look to the right, you’ll find the correct switch.
Room 1 (again)
Go back to the first room and look above you. There should be several large tunnels that are open. The one that you want to go into is the furthest one on the right-hand side (if you’re facing the circular door). There’s a floor panel here that you can step on, allowing you to get up top.
Room 3
This area has several rusty contraptions, and also some spike traps along the walls. The goal is to get to the top where you’ll find another panel that leads to the next section.
Room 4 (Sewage Plant)
Our goal here is to reach the other end, but the door is barred. As such, we have to go through the crawlspace on the left-hand side.
There, you’ll encounter several Hive mobs. There’s also a terminal that you can interact with. Interacting with the terminal causes the wall panels to rotate, allowing you to stand and crawl through them. You’ll do this for each room until you can open the door on the opposite side.
