While our console chums have been enjoying the Destiny 2 beta, PC gamers have been waiting for an update from Bungie to announce the PC beta. Today that happened.

The Destiny 2 PC beta will begin on 28 August in and players can get started at different times depending on whether they have early access or not. Bungie has also issued the system requirements and everybody should have no problem with these. Bungie oddly also added another recommended specs section that will “run the game well” if you were thinking about upgrading. Included in this list is their “events machine” specs.

Note these are not final specs for the launch version, it’s just what they recommend for the beta and no doubt they will change later.
