Destiny 2: Shadowkeep - Garden of Salvation complete raid guide

Garden of Salvation is the newest raid in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep. The endgame activity takes you to the Black Garden once more to face off against the Vex. There are several encounters emphasizing tethering or chaining players together, and all culminate in a final battle against a boss known as the Sanctified Mind, Sol Inherent. This massive guide for Destiny 2: Shadowkeep's Garden of Salvation raid will outline all these encounters, best practices, and additional tips to help you succeed. Encounter 1: The Chase Jumping Puzzle 1: Secret Raid Chest Encounter 2: The Maze Encounter 3: Consecrated Mind, Sol Inherent Jumping Puzzle 2: Secret Raid Chest Encounter 4: Sanctified Mind, Sol Inherent - Two at a time/Same portal strategy Garden of Salvation: Encounter 1 - The Chase The Divinity exotic quest puzzle 1: Your spawn point in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep's Garden of Salvation raid will have the activation area for the Divinity exotic quest. The area prior to the boss' room will also have the first puzzle. Check out our Divinity exotic guide for more info. Tethering Back to the raid proper. The most important mechanic throughout Destiny 2: Shadowkeep's Garden of Salvation raid is tethering. You'll be able to see this in practice in Garden of Salvation's first encounter against the Consecrated Mind, a giant Vex harpy that'll float around the room. Tethering is all about getting you and your teammates "daisy-chaining" from the Vex's "tether box" to the doorways so that they'll open. Make sure that the tether's beam is always blue, signifying that it's connecting to teammates correctly. If someone's too far, either from another player or the tether box, the tether will break. Voltaic Overflow The boss will shoot a Voltaic Charge signified by a flashing white light on its "face." A player must run through this disruption circle quickly, as leaving it on the floor a few seconds will cause a wipe. The boss will fire this Voltaic Charge thrice every room (with four rooms in total). The player who grabs the charge gets the Voltaic Overflow debuff which lasts for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. If you attempt to run through another charge before your debuff runs out, you'll die. This means you'll need to alternate the players who'll pick up the charges -- all while clearing the mobs in various rooms and "daisy-chaining" to form the tether and open the next area. Dividing the fireteam and getting the Voltaic Overflow You'll want to go with a 3:3 setup for the first room: Three players to pick up the Voltaic Charge at the start and the next two that'll be fired by the boss. The other three players to clear mobs in the next room and start tethering. These three add-clearing players at the start will still need to take the Voltaic Charge later on since the previous teams will still have the debuff. Make sure you have players who know the order they'll take the Voltaic Overflow. So, when player two has already taken the charge, then player three has to be ready, then player four, and so on. Clearing the rooms Every room in the Garden of Salvation's first raid encounter will have: several Vex cyclopes whose attacks can easily one-shot most players - eliminate these from afar an Overload minotaur - can only be stunned and heavily damaged by those using Overload weapon mods; prioritize killing these since they're highly aggressive and will chase players around and kill them a uniquely named Vex hydra called the Angelic - killing this will allow you to use the tether box to start the chain to the next room The Chase and the final sprint The entire encounter is as simple as: picking up the Voltaic Charge when it's your turn/when you can pick it up taking out the cyclopes quickly once you enter each room pushing forward and eliminating the Overload minotaur killing the Angelic hydra to open up the tether box starting the tether chain and opening the next room The last room can be a doozy. This is because there will be several Vex cyclopes and Overlord minotaurs that are blocking your path through this open field. Make sure players have their supers and snipers ready to take out the cyclopes immediately since they can one-shot you. Also, once the final sprint starts, the Consecrated Mind boss will teleport further away and immediately fire its Voltaic Charge. This means a player needs to rush to grab the debuff. The boss will fire these two more times throughout this open field, pushing further and further away each time. Just be sure that you've got other teammates that can grab the charge in those moments. When the Consecrated Mind reaches the edge of the cliff, it'll teleport away and you'll obtain your first Garden of Salvation raid chest. Tip: Sacrificing yourself can be worth it. If there's a lack of cohesion among teammates and there's no one close by who can pick up the Voltaic Charge, then someone with the debuff can grab it. Sure, they might die, but it'll save your team from a wipe. Just revive them later on. This can also be very helpful during the final sprint when it's all about reaching the boss quickly. Loadout: Have a sniper or scout rifle for the cyclopes. The Recluse submachine gun is extremely helpful as well, and you can place an Artifact mod that boosts damage against Overlord minotaurs. Classes: Any subclass choice or combination would work fine for this part. Ideally, at least for the final sprint, you can have a Nightstalker go invisible (to avoid cyclops aggro) or a Sentinel bubble (to soak the eye blasts). Cheese: Destiny 2: Shadowkeep wouldn't really be Destiny if there wasn't a cheese in the Garden of Salvation raid. This cheese has been making the rounds in r/Destinythegame. It's a way of completely negating the Voltaic Charge mechanic. All you need is a Sentinel (middle tree) or Arcstrider (middle tree). After the player has picked up the first Voltaic Charge, they'll need to wait for the second charge to get blasted out by the boss. Cast your super and pop Banner Shield or Whirlwind Guard -- aka. "twirly whirl" -- and run through to pick up the second charge. You'll notice that you're not dead at all. Instead, you have two stacks of Voltaic Overflow. You can even pick up the third charge before your super runs out. If both your super and the Voltaic Overflow have run out, you can pick up another charge safely and repeat the process. Alternatively, you can use the Vex tether box to negate your super and keep what you had left, or just pick up orbs from teammates so you can have your super ready for later. Check out the video from YouTuber Andrew Dorman: https://www.youtube.com/watch?vyZ6rL44qYAc Jumping Puzzle: Secret Raid Chest 1 The first jumping puzzle in the Garden of Salvation raid is in the Undergrowth. This cavernous area has numerous "push blocks" that can hamper your path, though the entire area can be easily navigated. Secret Chest: Garden of Salvation's first secret chest can be found here. It rewards you with mods for the raid and even some raid armor pieces. When you see the mini-elevator block (the one that goes up and down), jump on top it and look for a cubbyhole. The Divinity exotic quest puzzle 2 The Divinity's second puzzle is in this area. It's off to the far right section of the cavern where you'd see roots that you can jump on. The tether has to be activated and players need to make each crystal along the roots light up. Garden of Salvation: Encounter 2 - The Maze The Garden of Salvation's second encounter is a large chamber that's akin to a maze. At the start, you'll see three pathways you can take -- left, right, and middle. There's also a Vex conflux right in front of you at the start. Lastly, you'll see a tether box further in front as well. Throughout the encounter, numerous Vex will spawn in all sections. The ones at the middle will attempt to sacrifice/integrate themselves in the main conflux which causes a wipe. It's imperative that you kill them before they can sacrifice themselves. Now, some of these Vex will have a shield that cannot be damaged unless you have the "Enlightened" buff (more on this later). To progress further through each section, players must defeat all the mobs that spawn along their path. There will be Barrier-powered hobgoblins too so watch out for them. When players reach a new conflux in the left and right sections, there will be three Angelic hydras guarding these spots that need to be eliminated. This will activate the confluxes and allow progress. However, you'll also need to defend these new confluxes from even more shielded Vex that'll attempt to sacrifice themselves. At periodic intervals, three Angelic hydras will also spawn at a specific area of the map and a player may need backup if they're alone. Dividing the fireteam The way our team completed this encounter was fairly simple: two players to go left two players to go right two players starting at the middle - one of the middle section players is a designated floater; the other player will hold the line and stay in the middle all the time Team Roles For the two players who started at the middle: one player will just stay behind to continue defending the initial conflux from Vex the designated floater will provide backup wherever it's needed The left and right side teams will push further into their respective sections. They'll just continue clearing mobs and advancing onward. Whenever they reach new confluxes, they'll have to defeat all the mobs guarding it. After that, it's time to split up further: one player from the left and right side teams will stay behind to guard their respective confluxes from additional shielded Vex one player from either team will push forward to the furthest conflux and guard it the remaining player can provide backup to kill tougher mobs or help refresh the Enlightened buff; in a way, this player also becomes a floater as you progress through the fight Enlightened Buff Remember that tether box at the start of the encounter? That's how you gain the Enlightened buff. The two middle players will need to tether themselves accordingly so that the beam passes from the box, through the both of them, and to the conflux itself. When the beam reaches the conflux, both players gain the Enlightened buff. This buff lasts 45 seconds and it will allow them to break the immunity of the shielded Vex. The shield itself has only a single point of health, and any damage (while Enlightened) will break it, allowing others without the buff to do damage as well. As players from the left and right sections push forward, they'll find additional confluxes. Shielded Vex will also start assailing these areas. As such, players will need to tether themselves from the tether box to the conflux to gain the Enlightened buff. The Enlightened players and pushing onward But, since another player has to continue pushing forward, this means that the designated floater from earlier will need to provide backup for anyone who may need to refresh the buff. Additionally, an extra teammate (from either the left or right sections) that isn't guarding a new conflux can also take the portals to float and help refresh the buff. The floaters will go to wherever they're needed. If someone needs the Enlightened buff on the left side, then the floater has to go there. However, rather than running through the corridors, floaters can just take portals to that side that allows them to help that section. The idea here is for players to call out if they need backup at a specific section. The floaters will simply head there to refresh their Enlightened buff or help connect the tether. The final stand Killing all the Angelic hydras and activating the four confluxes around the room will remove the barriers. This will allow the fireteam to move forward to the final stand area. In this area, players will simply need to survive and kill as many mobs as possible. There's also a tether box here that allows players to become Enlightened given that many enemies are shielded. Angelic hydras will also spawn, so make sure that you kill them quickly since they'll hit hard. Loadouts: The Recluse, once more, becomes a lifesaver in this encounter. Slap the Barrier mod on it and go to town on those Barrier hobgoblins. The minotaurs in this fight aren't Overload versions anymore, so you can just gun them down with various hard-hitting weaponry (shotguns and machine guns). The Angelic hydras can be a pain, but you can easily take them out from afar using power weapons, snipers, or supers. Classes: Well of Radiance is great to have in this fight while playing defensively, but Nova Bomb is a better choice offensively. Titans can run Ward of Dawn (with Helm of Saint-14), Sentinel Shield bottom tree (with Doomfang Pauldrons), or Striker bottom tree (with Insurmountable Skullfort). Hunters should run Nightstalker with Orpheus Rigs for tethering and generating orbs, or Blade Barrage. Garden of Salvation: Encounter 3 - Consecrated Mind, Sol Inherent The Consecrated Mind reappears in the Garden of Salvation raid. This time around, it's got loads of friends to challenge you in the raid's third encounter. The third encounter actually picks up where you left off. Activating the tether box and connecting it to the middle conflux spawns the boss (so be sure to stay away from the middle of the chamber so the thing doesn't kill you). The Consecrated Mind has its normal harpy machine gun-like attacks that don't hurt too bad. The problem would be numerous things going on at the same time. Lots and lots of Vex mobs will spawn to overrun you. These include goblins, minotaurs, and supplicants (exploding harpies). None of these mobs swarming the middle are shielded so there's no Enlightened buff needed, and none are Overload or Barrier-powered. Gambit Team (3 players): Add-clearing and motes Anyway, killing the minotaurs will cause them to drop motes. Yes, it's just like Gambit. Hopefully, your team listens whenever the Drifter told you to "bank those motes!" You want to pick up five motes and then bank them. Although none of the middle area mobs are shielded/immune, the ones that spawn near the active conflux will be. That's why you'll need to defend the conflux by killing the shielded mobs. The conflux you'll need to bank your motes into is in another part of the chamber, the one that has a pillar of light. Head over there when you've got five motes and bank them. Here's what happens when you bank your motes: You gain the Enlightened buff which lets you kill shielded Vex that'll spawn and make for that conflux. You start charging that conflux to begin the DPS phase. Players need to bank 30 motes to fully charge the conflux. The process is: Kill minotaur -> collect motes -> bank motes -> gain Enlightened buff -> defend conflux from shielded Vex. As such, you want the Gambit team's players to alternate mote collection so you'll only have one person carrying motes all the time in order to bank/defend and relieve the previous player. There's also another reason why you want to time these accordingly. That's because banking motes causes supplicants (exploding harpies) to spawn, and they are very deadly. Tip: When the first player has banked five motes, the other two players from the Gambit team may collect up to 10 motes (the maximum you can hold). The Enlightened buff lasts 45 seconds which should be enough time for the next player to collect and bank/defend. Boss Team (3 players): Chasing the Voltaic Charge and calling out the eyes The Consecrated Mind will still spew out its Voltaic Charge. Remember what happened back in the Garden of Salvation raid's first encounter? Someone needs to run through each charge on the ground, otherwise, it'll cause a wipe. This boss fight takes place in a large chamber, and the Consecrated Mind will still try to run away from you. The goal is to keep following it and calling out when it's about to spew that charge so that it can get picked up. The difference in this encounter is that picking up the Voltaic Charge will detain you, and you won't be able to move at all. In order to escape, you need to look directly at the Consecrated Mind to spot the "eyes" (a la Riven from Last Wish) that light up in bright red colors. The Consecrated Mind has two sets of three eyes each. Three are on the "inside" closer to its center, and three are on the "outside" on its wing flaps. If you're detained, you need to say if the red eyes are "inside" or "outside." A single player won't be able to shoot all three quickly enough, so you need your teammates to help you. Ideally, if you're detained, you shoot the topmost eye while your two other teammates will shoot the left and right eyes. If someone shoots the wrong eye, the detained player dies. If the correct set of eyes were destroyed, the detained player will have the Voltaic debuff (and should not pick up another charge until their timer runs out lest they die). Dividing the fireteam The group has to be divided into two groups of three players each: The first team will focus on killing all the mobs, picking up the motes, and banking them. As much as possible, the others who aren't part of this team must avoid accidentally picking up the motes. The second team will focus on chasing the Consecrated Mind, grabbing the Voltaic Charge, getting detained/shooting the eyes. It takes around a minute or so for the boss to fire off another charge, which means the second team can also help clear mobs. Be sure to call out if the boss is running further away so the second team can chase it down in case it fires off a charge in an area that's far away. Tip: Assuming that all three players in the boss-chasing team have the Voltaic Overflow debuff and could not pick up another charge, it's fine to sacrifice one person to prevent a wipe. The DPS Phase The DPS phase begins when the conflux is filled with motes. The Consecrated Mind will make its way there. Set up accordingly by readying your Weapons of Light and Well of Radiance. When the boss reaches you, it'll have all six eyes light up. Destroy these and it'll open its glowing central core. This is when you blast it with everything you have. But, that's not all, the Consecrated Mind, unlike most Destiny 2 raid bosses you've gotten used to, does like to keep moving. It'll keep backing away from you so just chase it down and keep shooting. Drop an additional Well of Radiance if you want to. When the DPS phase is done, you'll just repeat the previous mechanics. The boss will enrage after four phases. Tip: It seems it's possible to slow down the movement of the Consecrated Mind by using the Nightstalker's tether. Loadout: I guess we can just call the Garden of Salvation raid as Destiny 2: Shadowkeep's "Recluse" moment. With numerous Vex mobs, including minotaurs, it's the best mob-clearing weapon you have. As for the damage phase, you'll want exotics such as Izanagi's Burden or Whisper of the Worm. If you already have it, then one player using the Divinity can apply the debuff (which stacks on top of the tether or melting point). The Titan's Void suppression grenade plus the Oppressive Darkness mod will also apply a debuff to the boss. Classes: Warlocks should have Well of Radiance. Titans will use the Ward of Dawn bubble for Weapons of Light. Lastly, there should be at least one Nightstalker with tether for the mobs. If you've got multiple Titans and Hunters, then you should have some Sunbreakers for Melting Point and Gunslingers for Golden Guns. The Divinity exotic quest puzzles 3 and 4: You might be in a hurry to complete your Garden of Salvation clear in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep, but hold your horses. There are two puzzles for you to solve here relating to the Divinity exotic trace rifle. Cheese: It won't be a Destiny 2 raid if there wasn't a cheese. It's actually possible to cheese the Consecrated Mind boss fight. All you need to do is have a Nightstalker throw a smoke grenade down a specific corridor. If the boss makes its way there, it'll accidentally fall down the ledge and you'll be rewarded your loot. It also contains a number of secrets for you to find. Secret Chest: There's a secret chest here once you reach the area with the Venus flytraps. You'll have to shoot the plants to get them to open up. You can jump on top of them and reach a chest that's hidden behind a rocky crag. Well, the last two can be found here. They're both in a cave behind the majestic waterfall. If you do manage to solve these puzzles, you can obtain the Divinity after the final boss. Just one more step, Guardians. Cheese: This isn't necessarily something that rewards you gear in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep's Garden of Salvation raid. But, this nifty trick will let you skip another silly jumping puzzle. When you reach the part with the water wheel, jump on the glass panel and move all the way to the very edge. This will prevent you from sliding off into oblivion since the edge seems to lock your character in place. Once the glass panel reaches its maximum height, simply jump up the ledge and onto the final boss' area. Garden of Salvation: Encounter 4 - Sanctified Mind, Sol Inherent The final encounter in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep's Garden of Salvation raid is against a gigantic Vex known as the Sanctified Mind, Sol Inherent. This vegetarian Atheon wannabe only has a simple attack (a short barrage of void blasts), but it has a number of actions that will annoy you. The goal in the Garden of Salvation's final boss fight is to apply all the mechanics you've learned so far with a few new twists: sending teammates through a portal banking motes at the active conflux to gain the Enlightened buff killing shielded enemies while Enlightened preventing Vex from sacrificing themselves at a conflux destroying the Vex cyclopes that spawn defeating the Angelic hydras so you can use the conflux's tether using the tether mechanic to connect a beam between teammates tethering the beam from the conflux to one of the tether boxes to rebuild a destroyed section of the floor tethering the beam from the conflux to the boss to break its immunity, letting you do the DPS phase These can be a bit confusing at first, so we'll walk you through each part of the fight. Dividing the fireteam Divide your fireteam into three groups or two players each: Team 1/portal 1 - These will be the first two players that'll go inside the portal and clear mobs. Team 2/portal 2 - The second set of (two) players that'll go through the portal immediately after the first team has made it out. Builders - The remaining two players in the fireteam will never go through the portals. They will stay in the boss fight area to clear mobs. Additionally, they'll rebuild any sections of the floor that were destroyed by the boss. Portal team roles: Two at a time/same portal strat To spawn a portal, the team must shoot the highlighted body parts of the boss. Destroying the left leg will spawn the left-side portal (also known as the "light" side because the active conflux here will have a lighter, bluish hue). Destroying the right leg will spawn the right side portal (also known as the "dark" side because the active conflux here will have a darker, reddish hue). Team 1 will make their way through the portal to clear mobs at the cliffside area. Mobs include Vex goblins, hobgoblins, minotaurs, and harpies. Each enemy drops motes and each player can only collect a maximum of 10 motes. When all the enemies are dead and all the motes have been collected, team 1 will tell the others to "pull them back." Teammates will then shoot the body part of the corresponding portal/side. This will automatically teleport team 1 back to the boss fight area. Since players destroyed a body part, another portal to the same side has also opened. This means team 2 will need to go through the same portal on the same side. If team 1 went through the left side portal first, then team 2 will, obviously, also go through the left side as well. Tip: When you destroy a body part, a Vex cyclops will also appear for that corresponding side. For instance, shooting the left leg will spawn a cyclops on your left side. Sniping the cyclops immediately once it spawns is extremely important to prevent player deaths from eye blasts. Why do we send two players through a portal each time? That's because the cliffside areas have a dozen or so mobs. You can get 15-18 motes each "run." But, since each player can only carry a maximum of 10 motes, you'll need the extra person to pick up everything else that's dropped. Plus, it helps to have a friend to back you up. Why do we send the second team through portal on the same side? The first reason is that each conflux needs 30 motes to be fully charged. Assuming team 1 picked up 16 motes and team 2 picked up 15, that'd mean they can bank at the same conflux to fully charge it already. The second reason is to make the fight a lot easier. Since the Vex cyclops will spawn at the side of the portal that was opened, then opening the same portal will let you anticipate where they'd be. If you focus on the left side first, then, obviously, the only cyclopes you watch out for will always spawn on the left side. Why don't we just send one player through the left and right portals at the same time? Because that'd be silly. That means two cyclopes will spawn, one on each side. It adds unnecessary pressure to a boss fight. I'll also explain how the aforementioned "two at a time/same portal" strat helps you manage the next part a lot easier. Banking motes, Enlightened buff, add control for shielded mobs Let's go back to the point where team 1 just picked up their motes and they're now ready to get pulled back. So, their pals will shoot the body part to teleport them. Team 1 should now bank those motes in the active conflux for the corresponding side. Let's say the players went through the left portal, that means they'll bank at the left side conflux that's active. Once a player banks their motes, they gain the Enlightened buff which allows them to break the shields of the Vex goblins. The buff will last for 45 seconds, although some more shielded mobs may spawn after that. Tip: The trick here is for the second player to wait a while. You don't need to bank your motes yet because you have half a minute or so to keep those motes active. If you delay banking motes as the second player, you can anticipate when the next wave of shielded mobs will spawn. When they've spawned, bank your motes and start breaking shields. Tip: Since the second player for either team won't be in a hurry to bank motes, they can just wait for the Vex cyclops that'll spawn once they're teleported. Snipe it and protect your teammates. In the screenshot below, you'll see that I just got teleported back. My "portal partner" already jumped down to bank his motes. I stayed on the ledge to snipe the cyclops which would spawn at the left side (since we went through the left portal). As for team 2, the moment team 1 is teleported back, it's your job to book it towards the open portal. Go kill those mobs and grab those motes. Again, delay banking those motes so that the second player (this time from team 2) will have the Enlightened buff for the shielded goblins. How do I know if a conflux has been fully charged? Rather than looking all frayed as though it's slowly dissipating, the conflux itself will have a keen shine and it will sparkle. What happens if the Vex sacrifice themselves at one of the confluxes? They'll "eat" some of the motes that you already banked. This will lead to an additional portal run which might leave you pressed for time or cause a wipe. If four Vex goblins sacrifice themselves at the same portal, the team wipes as well. Let's say that the teams were sent through the left side portal first. Now, it's time to do the same thing for the right side portal. When you've cleared the Vex waves, team 1 should destroy the Sanctified Mind's shoulder to open the right side portal. Both teams will repeat the same steps as above until you reach the beginning of the DPS phase. Oh, and make sure to watch out for that cyclops. What do the Builders have to do? Throughout the boss fight, the Sanctified Mind will destroy sections of the floor (you'll notice this section surrounded by red sparks). Standing on a section just as it collapses will kill any player instantly. When that section's gone, you'll end up stepping on radiolaria fluid (Vex milk) that'll slowly damage you while you're in it. This is where builders come in. The builder team can help support with add control, and maybe even take a few shots at the cyclopes or a portal that needs to be opened. However, they should also be on the lookout for collapsed sections because they'll be able to rebuild these. To do so, have one player shoot the tether box above the active conflux. The beam will connect to the nearest builder and then to that fella's partner. The second builder has to move a bit closer to one of the tether boxes on the ground to connect the beam there. Further tether boxes may require a third player so just be sure to call it out if you need help. Since being tethered will prevent you from using weapons or abilities, build only when there are a few seconds of downtime such as when mobs have been cleared. Tip: If you've lost a lot of sections already, try to bunny hop while moving through the area. If you barely dipped your feet in the Vex milk, you wouldn't take damage. Sanctified Mind - Tether time and DPS phase This is what you've been waiting for, actually being able to do damage to the boss. But, it won't be quite straightforward. When both the left and right side confluxes have been charged (or four sets of portals have been opened), the Sanctified Mind boss will summon additional Vex and another Angelic hydra. Take these out quickly. At the same time, you'll also see that it has a glowing cross symbol on its chest. The symbol will either be blue or red. You know which sides these colors correspond to because you've seen them throughout the fight. It's now time to start the tether mechanic! The tether mechanic is done by shooting the tether box above the active conflux. The beam will reach the nearest player, and then it can be connected to other players. You need three players to connect the beam from the conflux to the boss. Let's say you got the light/blue symbol first. That's for the left side to handle. You can get the team 1 players and one of the builders to do that. If you got the dark/red symbol first, then team 2 and the other builder can handle that. Whichever color the first symbol is, the second symbol (which follows a few seconds later) will be that of the opposite side. Tip: Alternatively, you can just have a Titan pop a barricade in front of the boss to mitigate damage. He's the closest player to the boss and will be the final point of the tether. The other players will connect the beam from the conflux until it reaches the Titan You can damage the Sanctified Mind even after breaking its cross symbol for the first time. Just be ready to start linking up for the second symbol that it'll summon. You want to drop your Well of Radiance near the center and the Titan bubble just behind that. Keep shooting its crit spot to do massive damage. The Sanctified Mind will go back to its usual routine so you'll have to repeat the same process as before. You have some extra breathing room here since the Sanctified Mind won't summon mobs for roughly 20 seconds or so. This allows you to rebuild some extra platforms. You've got four phases before the boss enrages and wipes you. Good luck, Guardian. Loadout: The Recluse still remains the best energy weapon for this encounter due to the add-clearing capabilities. The Riskrunner isn't too necessary especially if you're already above the recommended power level for this fight. For your DPS weapons, you can go with Whisper or the Worm or Izanagi's Burden. Alternatively, you can also pick the Wendigo GL-3. Also, the new kinetic sniper rifle, Tranquility, is really good. Wendigo already has auto-loading holster and, if your Tranquility also has the perk, then you can alternate between the two to pump out damage. These would be your alternatives assuming you don't have the Whisper or Izanagi. The Divinity exotic trace rifle also applies a debuff to the boss, so you can use that once you've obtained it. You only need one teammate to use this to apply the debuff. Classes: Warlocks should use Well of Radiance. At least one Titan should have Weapons of Light. Hunters should run with Golden Gun with Celestial Nighthawk. If you only have one Hunter, it's best that the player go with tether and Orpheus Rig to make extra orbs. Divinity exotic quest After you've taken out the Sanctified Mind, cross the radiolarian lake and jump down the opening. It should lead you inside a chamber with an omnious statue symbolizing the Darkness. The chest here is your Garden of Salvation raid loot, so congratulations. Also, if you were able to complete all six puzzles throughout the raid, a second chest will spawn containing your Divinity exotic trace rifle!
