Diablo 3 Season 5 starts in January. Season 4 ending soon

Blizzard has announced the start date the next Diablo 3 Season will start in January

Season 4 will conclude in the next couple of weeks and then there will be the usual two week break before the next Season gets underway. The dates are as follows:

Season 4 will be ending at the following dates and times for each region:

• North America: Wednesday, December 30 @ 5:00 p.m. PST
• Europe: Wednesday, December 30 @ 5:00 p.m. CEST
• Asia: Wednesday, December 30 @ 5:00 p.m. KST

Season 5 will be starting about two weeks afterwards at the following dates and times for each region:

• North America: Friday, January 15 @ 5:00 p.m. PST
• Europe: Friday, January 15 @ 5:00 p.m. CEST
• Asia: Friday, January 15 @ 5:00 p.m. KST

This now means that the 2.4.0 patch, which is currently being tested on the PTR, is unlikely to appear as a final release before the end of the year.

Blizzard has also posted a reminder explaining what happens at the end of the season if you need a memory refresh.
