Dynamic things will happen in Far Cry 3’s world, so the legend goes. And now that legend has trailer footage to back it up; complete with enthusiastic narration by a man who hasn’t yet met a bland marketing phrase he doesn’t like. Still, if you can tune out that stuff you’ll be able to enjoy watching the way fire spreads in the game.

If using fires as distractions isn’t enough, maybe the roaming bears and crocodiles will be more to your liking.

Far Cry 3 is due at the end of the month in Europe, and early December in the US. Tim’s playing it for review right now, so look out for those words of judgement as soon as the embargo lifts (probably sometime next week, though I don’t know for sure).
