Ludicrously named army-puncher Dynasty Warriors 8 Xtreme Legends Complete Edition is now slightly more complete, as DLC has been released.
This is apparently only the “first round” of DLC, with more due later this month. Nonetheless, you’ve got:
- Special Costume Pack 1 & Special Weapon
- Special Costume Pack 2
- Old Costume Pack 1
- Old Costume Pack 2
- Old Costume Pack 3
- Old Costume Pack 4
- Powerful Weapon Pack
- Unique Weapon Pack
- Base Theme Pack
- BGM Pack
- Wallpaper Pack
So wait. They called it Dynasty Warriors 8 Xtreme Legends Complete Edition but it wasn’t complete? Good grief.
In any case, buying all of this DLC will cost you a hilarious £48.89. The cheapest offerings are the Old Costume Packs at £1.99 each; these give characters their clothing from past Dynasty Warriors games. The most expensive is the Wallpaper pack at £9.99, which… gives you 87 pretty pictures you can look at in the gallery or set as in-game loading screens. Um.
