EA execs sell stock in light of six year high

EA’s majore executives have sold their stocks following the release of reports for the financial year ending March 31, 2014. EA stock peaked in these past few days, to a degree not seen since 2008.

Patrick Soderlund and Stephen Bene sold all their stock, at 36,133 shares (worth $ 1.2 million) and 7,881 shares ($ 260,000), respectively. Meanwhile, COO Peter Moore himself sold 100,000 shares, nearly half of his share in the company, for $ 3.4 million.

We don’t know what to make of this news just quite yet, but one has to wonder if it’s simply a cash grab, or if these execs know something about the company’s plans that they may not want us to know.
