You can do this by visiting Roderika at Roundtable Hold, provided you’ve completed her short questline first, of course.
Spirit Ashes are a crucial tool in Elden Ring, especially if you try to take the game’s challenges on solo. Many of the Renowned Ashes are particularly powerful, making Ghost Glovewort 6 an essential item for most players.

If you don’t yet have this Bell Bearing, you can find it in Nokstella, the Eternal City. Head to the location marked on the map below, defeat the group of Silver Tears guarding the chest, then open it up to find the Bell Bearing inside.
