Elder Scrolls Online Receives M Rating From ESRB

Bethesda has revealed that Elder Scrolls Online has just received an M rating from the ESRB on their Facebook page. They have no intentions of contesting this rating or changing their content, indicating that they want to keep the game they intended to share with fans. As a result, they will be updating all their media channels to indicate the rating.
The rating is unlikely to change their fortunes, since Skyrim received the same rating and went on to become a success for Bethesda and Zenimax. The game is scheduled to release April 4, 2014 for Windows and OS X, and June 2014 for Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
