Elemental Expansion Free To Those Who Purchased Original Game In 2010

Stardock has outlined the changes that the “Fallen Enchantress” add-on will bring to Elemental: War of Magic, and announced that this expansion will be free to anybody who bought the original game in 2010.
It will also be “heavily discounted” for anyone who buys Elemental between now and Fallen Enchantress’ anticipated summer 2011 release.
The add-on itself will allow players to “explore the world of Elemental and discover a wide range of unique locations, including dangerous wild lands that can’t be settled until they are conquered.” It promises to introduce an all-new battle system to the grand strategy title, along with “more sophisticated” spellcasting (wizards in top hats?) and multiple updated game mechanics.
