Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights — Stockade and Hoenir guide

After defeating the boss in the Catacombs, head to Witch's Thicket - Dryad Lake. Take the exit to the right and keep going until you see a ledge (that's also at the right-hand side). You should be able to reach this by double-jumping and using your new air dash ability. You'll find yourself in a submerged passageway filled with mines. Anyway, here's our guide to help you with the Stockade level and Hoenir boss fight in Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights. Stockade level: Map, important rewards, and spirit skills Let's talk about the important stuff that we can find in the Stockade level of Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights. First, take a look at the map below: 1. This is the passageway I mentioned earlier (Witch's Thicket -> Dryad Lake -> keep going right -> air dash to reach a ledge). You'll find yourself in a submerged area filled with indestructible mines and mermen. Watch out because the mines cause 100 points of damage, so try to dash past them while swimming. 2. Respite: Aqueduct 3. This chamber has multiple doorways and there are some neat rewards here: 100x Stagnant Blight - The left side of the stairwell; requires Knight Julius' Spectral Lance. Spirit skill/miniboss: Hidden Test Subject - Enter the top-right doorway. 30x Stagnant Blight and 1x Amulet Fragment - There are items in the upper-right section behind a wall. To get there, you'll need to enter the top-middle room. You'll then see a part of the wall that's jutting out above the right-hand side. You do need the wall climb (from the Twin Spires boss) and grappling hook (from the boss here in the Stockade) to make your way up. A narrow passageway then takes you back down to the walled-off section. 4. 800x Stagnant Blight - You'll need to go to a higher platform. Dash as you're falling down and use the Spectral Lance to break the pustulant wall. 5. Respite: Dark Chamber - There's a pustulant wall down below that you can break by using the Spectral Lance. This leads to... 6. Think of this room as a puzzle area of sorts. There are several mines and hook points. You'll need to destroy multiple pustulant walls/floors to reach the bottom. As you're falling down, stick to the left side. This will take you to the Verboten Domain - Subterranean Lab B2 respite where you'll find the Heretic Mask relic. 7. This is another chamber with multiple doorways/exits: Respite: Cells - Upper-right doorway. Locked door/Stone Tablet - Grapple to reach the top of this chamber and take a look at the right-hand side. 8. Relic: Executioner's Gloves - Swim down the pool to reach the bottom-right area. Later, once you have the wall climb ability, you can reach the top of the left side wall in this chamber. There's a poisonous blob enemy here which drops 1x Amulet Fragment and 1x Amulet Gem. 9. 100x Stagnant Blight - Demolish the wall with the Spectral Lance. 10. Yes, another chamber with multiple doorways/exits: Relic: Aura's Ring - Use the grapple and wall climb to reach the topmost exit at the ceiling. Spirit skill/miniboss: Dark Executioner - Upper-right doorway. Respite: Execution Grounds x1 Ancient Soul - Drop down the very bottom of the large chamber to reach a small room. 11. Boss fight: Hoenir, Keeper of the Abyss 12. The passageway takes you to a zone known as the Hinterlands. You can actually obtain one of the game's endings here. All right, let's talk about the Hoenir boss fight in the next part of our Stockade guide for Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights. Hoenir, Keeper of the Abyss boss fight Let's discuss the Hoenir, Keeper of the Abyss boss fight in Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights' Stockade level. The Hoenir boss fight is actually fairly unique since your foe will constantly summon Executioner mobs. This guy's also a ninja, so he tends to move around, often dodging as you get close. While the boss is above 50% HP, it'll have regular attacks such as quick jumping attacks and shuriken-like projectiles. These can be parried if you have Fretia's Ring equipped. Below 50% HP, he'll become more aggressive. His jumping attack will see him fire multiple projectiles toward Lily. Likewise, he'll cast a tornado ability as soon as you get close enough. My suggestion would be to use ranged skills such as Dark Witch Eleine, or abilities that are akin to summons (i.e., Western Merchant or Dark Executioner). Although targetting can sometimes be iffy, they should still deal damage to Hoenir from time to time. Also, I used Gerrod as my main melee attack here. Assuming you've leveled up the skill a bit, two hits while in mid-air will stagger the Executioner mobs. Hoenir could even get hit if he's moving too close. For Last Rites, I did pop the Umbral Knight's ultimate ability since it hits multiple targets in front of you. Once you defeat the boss, you'll gain the following: Hoenir, Keeper of the Abyss - This is another ranged skill that lets you throw multiple blades. It has 80 uses by default. Executioner's Hook - This allows you to press the left trigger/LT to grapple when you see hook points in a room. Anyway, let's talk about what we should do with our new abilities in the next part of our guide. Where do we go after this? Check out some of the rooms in the Stockade, especially those that still have remaining rewards. You might notice that there are hook points now for your grapple. You could also revisit the Catacombs level. There are various rooms, including respite areas, that have rewards that you can reach. Speaking of the Catacombs, you should head to the right of the Ossuary respite. Climb up the large chamber, then cross the gap in the open area via double jumps and dashes. This takes you to the Bastion Gates respite. With the grapple, you'll be able to enter the Ruined Keep zone. Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights is available via Steam.
