After defeating the boss in the Catacombs, head to Witch’s Thicket – Dryad Lake. Take the exit to the right and keep going until you see a ledge (that’s also at the right-hand side). You should be able to reach this by double-jumping and using your new air dash ability. You’ll find yourself in a submerged passageway filled with mines.
