The Evil Within 2

Bethesda has released a free trial version of The Evil Within 2 as well as a new first-person mode for the game.

The trial version takes players through the opening chapters of the game and it also comes with the new first-person mode. Anyone who upgrades to the full game can carry over their progress.

The first-person mode is a free update to the game and it should automatically download. The update comes with the following and you can see the new mode in action below.

  • Added option to play in First Person Mode
  • Various minor issues fixed
  • Now correctly displays native resolution of 2240 x 1260, output at 3840 x 2160 on 4K monitors.
