Exclusive Pre-Order Weapon For L4D2 Revealed

Valve has unveiled an exclusive weapon for people who have pre-ordered Left 4 Dead 2.The weapon will be an American baseball bat and will apparently have special characteristics. Only a few select retailers will be offering the deal and no word on whether the UK will be receiving the same offer. The majority of the weapons have already been confirmed by Valve – as we already know, we will be taking on the zombie hordes using an array of guns from the original title, but the sequel will also feature a variety of new melee weapons including cricket bats and a katana swords.Valve has also confirmed people who haven’t taken up the pre-order offer will also be able to use the weapon if they join the right server or team.”How it’ll work is, if you’re playing with somebody that’s pre-ordered it, everybody playing gets it,” Valve’s Chet Faliszek told Shacknews.Check out what we thought of Left 4 Dead 2 as well as our IncGamers TV interview with Doug Lombardi.
