Eye spy: first Dark Eye Demonicon images released

Kalypso has released the first scattering of images from Noumena Studios’ grim-sounding RPG The Dark Eye: Demonicon.
The screenshots paint a pretty unhappy picture, with undead roaming the land and small children gazing at dead pigs. You might think the image of people at a marketplace is cheerful – but no! They most likely all have terrible diseases. Or the marketplace is about to be attacked. Or something.
The Dark Eye: Demonicon tells “the tragic love story of two extraordinary people who become the pawns of sinister forces in a world full of cruelty and depravity”. It’ll be released on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 in 2012.
