Fallen Earth LLC has released the latest patch notes for the live client, v1.3.11

The update, which went live last night, introduced some nice new features to the post apocalyptic MMO including a duelling system which allows players to challenge others to a fight anywhere outside the PvP zones. The town of New Gallows has also been taken over by Human League reinforcements, so players can go check it out, complete missions and get reward items before it’s made back into a conflict town.
