Far Cry 6 You Hit The Ground Mission The Prison Silver Dragon Blade

Far Cry 6 Vaas: Insanity guide — You Hit the Ground (Silver Dragon Blade)

Cheesing and sprinting to victory.

The main mission in Far Cry 6 Vaas: Insanity is called Citra’s Warrior, which entails finding fragments of the Silver Dragon Blade. To reach the dungeon-like areas and claim these items, just follow the blood-red pathways — the southeastern path actually leads to The Prison. Here’s our Far Cry 6 Vaas: Insanity DLC guide to help you with You Hit the Ground, the Prison mission that rewards a piece of the Silver Dragon Blade.

Far Cry 6 Vaas: Insanity – You Hit the Ground guide (The Prison Silver Dragon Blade piece)

When you arrive at The Prison in Far Cry 6 Vaas: Insanity, you’ll see that there are several Jason Brody clones in the area. He’s also flanked by additional soldiers. Our goal here is to rescue the three Vaas clones in the cages.

Here’s the kicker, there are actually a couple of ways we can do this:

  • The normal way where you stealthily go around the camp and then come in guns blazing if you get spotted.
  • The cheesy fast but risky method.

The normal way

The normal method is self-explanatory: just stay hidden and make your way around the camp as you free the Vaas clones. Use takedowns on the regular soldiers, and a silenced .308 carbine sniper rifle on Jason Brody (if you have it). Brody will unlikely get taken out in a single shot if you’re using weaker weapons like the AK-47 or 1911 pistol. He’ll end up alerting enemies, so you’ll have no choice but to blast everyone while rescuing the prisoners.

The cheesy but risky way

The cheesier method to complete You Hit the Ground in Far Cry 6 Vaas: Insanity relies on having a few healing syringes, and maybe a couple of Powers that increase movement speed. Basically, from the entrance, you’ll just sprint and free each prisoner one by one. Their cages are open anyway, so all you need to do is swoop in and hit the interact button. Everyone in the camp will shoot you, so pop your heals when necessary.

Either method works and, once you free the third prisoner, all the hostiles despawn. Then, a piece of the Silver Dragon Blade appears. The Meet Cute vision collectible will also play to add to your tally.

That does it for the You Hit the Ground mission in Far Cry 6 Vaas: Insanity. Don’t forget to grab the other Silver Dragon Blade pieces in The Volcano (Radio Play) and Citra’s Temple (Birthright). Save Birthright for last since it’s the hardest.
