FIFA 17 Gets The Exclusive Rights Of The Japanese Championship

It may not sound important at first place, but EA has just announced that they have secured the exclusive rights of Meiji Yasuda J1 League, the official Japanese soccer league.

This tournament has always belonged to Konami’s PES, but now it seems that Konami suffered a major blow since they lost the rights to EA’s upcoming FIFA 17.

We don’t want to jump into early conclusions, but Konami gives you the impression that they really have lost their interest in developing console related video games.
