Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn shuffles onto Steam at discount

Not-half-bad MMO reboot Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn has suddenly appeared on Steam, complete with a rather big discount for its first week there.

If you fancy trying the MMO – which, for the most part, I rather enjoyed – then you can now do so from the comfort of your Steam account. You’ll still need a Square Enix account to actually play, mind you. And you’ll need to pay the monthly subscription fee after the first 30 days.

On the other hand, it’s only £9.99 until 25 February, which is a pretty good price for one of last year’s better MMOs. Even if you only play for the free 30 days, it might be worth a look for a tenner.
