We all knew it was coming, but today SEGA has officially announced that Football Manager 2011 will be released “before Christmas” this year.

The press release reiterates the early information we had, confirming that agents and contract negotiations will feature, along with improvements to the 3D match engine such as night matches and new animations.

Training will be getting a mini-overhaul too, with “a new match preparation area of training so that managers can givcific a2eas to friticj ara! tf tocus on in the lead up to a match” and more basic training schedules for players.
