Football Manager 2012 due in October

Sports Interactive has announced that the latest in the Football Manager series should be released on 21 October.
This date is provisional at present, but Sports Interactive’s Miles Jacobson claims the team is “working around the clock” to make that release day accurate.
Jacobson has also kicked off (do you see what I did there?) a series of blog posts about the new features that Football Manager 2012 will offer. These include in-depth reports on opposing teams and (spookily) scouts who are intelligent enough to tell you that you’ve wasted their time.
