Fortnite v2.4.0 launching this evening after delays [Updated]

After a few days delay thanks to bugs and stability issues, Epic is now ready to launch the Fortnite v2.4.0 update.

The patch releases at 6PM GMT (1PM EDT) and with any luck all will to plan and there will be no database corruptions this time.

The v2.4.0 update adds a new mini-gun and the Cozy Campfire for healing. The PC will also get a new 3D Resolution slider added to the video options. A spectator count has also been added to the HUD in Battle Royale and there, as usual, a load of bug fixes for Battle Royale and Save the World.

The patch notes have been up for a few days prior to these problems arising and they can be found here.
