A new week means a new set of Fortnite challenges are available to complete. Some of the Week 9 tasks are easier to complete than others. However, a couple of challenges require you to pay a visit to certain NPCs on the map. One of these challenges requires you to gather intel on Fortnite wildlife from a range of NPCs. These NPCs are Bushranger, Tarana, Rex, Cluck, and Grill Sergeant. Once you know where the characters are located, you will be able to quickly tick off the challenge. Better yet, you only have to interact with one of the named NPCs.
To begin, Bushranger can be found to the west of Pleasant Park, hanging out between a cluster of trees. You may already be familiar with Tarana. She kicked off the Spire Quests at the Boney Burbs point of interest. Not too far away from her, you will find the NPC known as Rex. To pay Rex a visit, make your way to the dilapidated warehouse to the east of the Spire.
If you would like to interact with Cluck, you can find the NPC in the small hut directly east from Weeping Woods. Finally, you can gather intel on wildlife and complete the Fortnite challenge by visiting the Grill Sergeant. You will find him flipping burgers at the Durr Burger truck to the east of the Stealthy Stronghold point of interest.
Earn some easy XP
Once you have interacted with one of the named NPCs and gathered the intel on the wildlife in Fortnite, the challenge will be marked as complete. For your efforts, you will be awarded with a total of 24,000 XP. If you are in need of a further boost to your battle pass, there is still time to complete the Spire Quests. Those Quests award huge amounts of XP and unlock an alternate skin for Raz.
