Gearbox dish out Borderlands 2 Golden Keys this weekend

If you’re really wanting to unlock the golden chest in Sanctuary and see what’s inside then keep an eye on the  Borderlands Facebook and Gearbox Software Twitter twitter pages this weekend.

Gearbox are going to be posting five sets of Golden Key codes over 24 hour periods from today. Each code will be active for three hours once posted and can be used once per account. Remember though, once you open that chest you can’t do it again so choose wisely. Just go for it or wait until you are a higher level to benefit from the better loot.

The times these codes will be dished out are as follows:

• Friday, October 26 – 6PM CT (What time is that for me?)
• Friday, October 26 – 11PM CT (What time is that for me?)
• Saturday, October 27 – 5AM CT (What time is that for me?)
• Saturday, October 27 – 11AM CT (What time is that for me?)
• Saturday, October 27 – 3PM CT (What time is that for me?)
