Genshin Impact Eula Story Quest Guide Aphros Delos Chapter Act I Act 1

Eula has finally arrived in Genshin Impact. Apart from the wish banner that lets you obtain her, there’s also a story quest that tells you about the character’s background. It involves the Knights of Favonius, Eula’s uncle Schubert, and the ornery Fatui agents. Anyway, here’s our Genshin Impact guide to help you with Eula’s story quest, “Aphros Delos Chapter: Act I.”

Note: For more information about the game, check out our Genshin Impact guides and features hub. You may also check our version 1.5 overview to learn about all the new activities and content. Lastly, you can take a look at our character build guide for Eula’s weapons, artifacts, and talents.

Genshin Impact guide: Eula’s story quest — Aphros Delos Chapter: Act I

To start “Aphros Delos Chapter: Act I”, visit Jean’s office in the Knights of Favonius headquarters in Mondstadt. She’ll tell you to meet up with Schubert, a member of the Lawrence clan. It looks like this family of aristocrats once held power in Mondstadt before they were overthrown. Anyway, Schubert seems a little haughty and unhelpful.

You’ll then need to speak with Amber so you can be introduced to Eula. Travel to the marked location in Stormbearer Mountains and take out the Fatui. Before a sniper can take a shot at the Traveler, Eula arrives to save the day. She even gets her own heroic entrance complete with a superhero landing.

Apparently, Eula is also a member of the Lawrence clan but, unlike her uncle Schubert, she has Mondstadt’s best interests at heart. Once you return to the city’s plaza, you’ll be talking to various commoners who, sadly, don’t want anything to do with her. Eula’s patience with the NPCs wears thin, and she vows that vengeance will be hers. Well, she’s still an aristocrat, which means she’s a little arrogant (think Fischl minus the need for Oz to translate).

After this, you’ll go to Dragonspine for a bit of training. You’ll need to reach the marked locations without taking damage and without getting knocked into the air. There are some hilichurl foes and Anemo traps here, so watch out. Once you’ve reached the end of the pathway, you’ll have to defeat a few slime and hilichurl mobs within a couple of minutes too.

With your Dragonspine romp done, head back to Mondstadt’s restaurant so the Traveler, Eula, and Amber can share a meal. You’ll receive a sauerkraut item from Sara, and you’ll have to bring this to Schubert who’s waiting on the hill near Springvale. Schubert is delighted and he’ll even introduce you to his new “friends.”

One you enter the nearby domain, you’ll realize that Schubert’s new “friends” are actually Fatui agents. It seems that Schubert wants to reclaim the Lawrence family’s dominance in Mondstadt, but the Traveler and Eula will put a stop to his plans.

After the lengthy dialogue, you can eliminate the two Fatui skirmishers. Eula will then tell the Knights of Favonius to arrest her uncle. Likewise, she’ll join your party as a guest. In my case, she’s a level 90 character equipped with a level 90 Song of Broken Pines and five maxed-out Noblesse Oblige artifact pieces.

Use Eula to your advantage and defeat the remaining Fatui in the next few rooms. You’ll be up against several skirmishers and the rooms even have fire traps. As for the final chamber, it’ll have a Fatui assassin that’s flanked by a couple of skirmishers.

Once you’re done with the hostiles, Eula and the Traveler will part ways. Still, this is only “Aphros Delos Chapter: Act I,” the first part of Eula’s story quest in Genshin Impact. We might see her again in the future.
