Genshin Impact: Windblume Festival – Festive Anecdotes Act IV and the Dream of Wind and Flowers

To get started with the “Dream of Wind and Flowers” Festive Anecdote in Genshin Impact, just make your way to Mondstadt’s plaza in front of the Anemo Archon statue. You’ll see Jean and Venti chatting here. Jean will ask you which flower you’d like to offer, so just place that on the pedestal.

Next, you’ll go with Venti to Stormterror’s Lair. Once you reach the marked location, you’ll spot several mobs, three Anemo totems, and a switch. After eliminating the mobs, you’ll be able to activate the totems using Anemo skills or charged shots. While close to the switch, activate the totems in this order: middle -> right -> left.

Use the wind current to reach Venti’s area. A cutscene will follow showcasing Genshin Impact‘s characters celebrating the Windblume Festival in Mondstadt. You’ll see Bennett and Razor walking towards the city, Noelle and Amber meeting up, and Kaeya having a drink with Rosaria in Diluc’s tavern.

Once the cutscene’s done, you’ll complete the “Dream of Wind and Flowers.” But, there are two more Festive Anecdotes that are part of Act IV in Genshin Impact.

Windblumes and Snowflakes

Enter the cathedral and speak to the Fatui diplomat named Viktor. A little kid is pestering him, so you’ll have to explore the city with her.

Check out the general goods store (give 1x Fowl to a dog), the flower shop, and the food vendor. Return to Viktor in the cathedral when you’re finished.

Windblume Research Report

Go to the library inside the Knights of Favonius headquarters to find a man named Sayid. He wants you to take photos of various locations in Mondstadt (just use the regular photo mode, not the Kamera):

  • Market area
  • Flower shop
  • Plaza while looking at the Anemo Archon statue

You don’t even need to save these images. Just press the enter key to take a snapshot, then press the escape key to get the tallies done.
