Make your way to the southern section of Dainichi Mikoshi. You should see a peninsula that’s jutting out and, below that, there’s a hidden ledge.

Speak to the two shades to get the Antigonus sidequest.

Next, go to the southernmost floating island that’s separate from most of Serpent’s Heart. From the fast travel point, face north and jump down. You should spot another shade.

Interact with the object nearby, then go to the marked location to activate the Ruin Guard. After defeating your opponent, you’ll receive Before Sun and Moon.
