Ending 3: Definitely No Work Today and Ending 4: With the Trees
Let’s discuss these two Sayu Hangout Event endings in Genshin Impact. Make sure that you’re at the Shuumatsuban Visitation branch. Talk to Kono Nana for a bit. After you tell her about Sayu’s attempted ambush, pick: “Thank you, that would certainly help.” This leads to a story branch called Give It Up in Chinju Forest.
Ending 3: Definitely No Work Today
Select these two dialogue options in Give It Up:
- “Growing taller is all you care about isn’t it?”
- “It’s not the amount of sleep, but the quality of sleep that’s keeping you from growing.”
For your next tasks, you’ll have to go to the marked locations and pick up some ninjutsu equipment. Later, you’ll be asked to head to Grand Narukami Shrine.
The place will be filled with guards. Press left-click to crouch and sneak past them. You can go to the building and walk behind the guard to the right until you reach the giant Sakura tree. Trying to go off to the side or under the building won’t work as guards will spot you through textures.
Once you reach the Sakura tree, Kono Nana will pop up. You can pretend that you haven’t seen Sayu, but she won’t fall for your tricks.
This nets you the “Definitely No Work Today” ending for Sayu’s Hangout Event in Genshin Impact.
Ending 4: With the Trees
Instead of telling Sayu how much she cares about growing taller, reply with: “I can see that you’re tired, but it’s not good to neglect your work either.” You’ll then need to perform various tasks as you join Sayu in her training.
These include getting through an obstacle course within 90 seconds, fighting some Slime mobs, and visiting different spots where Sayu could rest.
