Genshin Impact‘s version 1.5 update has something new for its players. Your main character might be called the Traveler, but you’ll finally be able to have a “home away from home.” That’s thanks to the Serenitea Pot feature in the game. Genshin Impact: Serenitea Pot guide – Everything you need to know about Furnishings, Realm Currency, and Trust
The quest to obtain the Serenitea Pot gadget in Genshin Impact is called “A Teapot to Call Home.” Start it, then head to Liyue Harbor to talk to Madame Ping. She’ll introduce you to a new character named Yanfei. This part of the quest is fairly lengthy, yet still straightforward. You’ll need to speak with various NPCs in Liyue Harbor, including a Snezhnayan merchant named Krosl and Baizhu from Bubu Pharmacy.
Towards the end, Yanfei will confront Krosl with the evidence you’ve collected, and you’ll need to answer in this order: Jade Mystery, Mingxing Jewelry, and Bubu Pharmacy. With your objectives done, talk to Madame Ping once more and she’ll give you the Serenitea Pot. Check your gadget inventory, use it to spawn it in front of you, then interact with it to enter a totally new domain.

Note 1: The Teapot Traveling Salesman will be in your realm from 4 a.m. on Friday to Monday (GMT+8) just before the weekly reset. You can think of him as Genshin Impact‘s version of Destiny’s Xur, I guess.
Note 2: To leave the Serenitea Pot domain, you can activate the gadget and interact with it again. Alternatively, you may open the world map, select Teyvat, and choose any fast travel point. As for other players, you can actually invite them to pop up in your home base. They can even help you speed up the construction of furnishings.
